My approach

I use words to make complex tech feel human. Over the past eight years I’ve shaped streaming services, smart homes, retail experiences and AI features so they guide you effortlessly from start to finish. Working with designers, engineers and researchers, I listen to data and user feedback, and edit until the copy feels just right — because clear, welcoming language turns good products into great experiences.

Beyond work

I live in Orange County with my husband, our son, and two dogs who think they run the place.

I bake sometimes, avoid cooking usually, and ask about the seasonal special always. I like my lattes with real milk, my iced tea unsweetened, and my wine glass refilled.

I’ve got a soft spot for bad jokes (rebranded as mom jokes, thank you), and I’m clinging to a Duolingo streak that’s starting to feel like a part-time job.
